“Miss Nepal” – associate annual beauty pageant event control in Kathmandu, Nepal. This pageant was started in 1996. the first Miss Nepal winner was Ruby Rana. Later  Jharana Bajracharya, Niru Shrestha (pilot), Malvika Subba and Payal Shakya were able to build their opportunities high winning this Miss Nepal beauty pageant among the state.

The recent Miss  Nepal pageant control at the Birendra International Convention Centre (BICC) was protested pro-women activists. On April seventh 2007, the Miss Kingdom of Nepal show was control at Birendra International Conference Convention Centre amidst significant protest from women’s rights association. The show that was broadcasted live by Kingdom of Nepal tv did have slight technical glitches occurring on the approach.
